About The Event
With the collapse of gas and oil prices and the shuttering of wells across the state, New Mexico is at a crucial crossroads. This conversation will explore the degree to which this crash affords a chance to initiate a transition, and discuss the current capacity of the Land Commission to regulate the gas and oil industry and how proposed emergency rule changes could vastly expand that capacity.
